🗳️ Rochdale Foodbank are delighted to announce our BRAND NEW CAMPAIGN to encourage more food donations across the Borough.
🗳️We are rolling out a donation box for organisations/ workplaces/ schools and colleges.
🗳️How does it work? The donation box will be kept at your premises for colleagues, clients, pupils etc to donate food items into.
🚚 Once the box gets full simply contact us here at Foodbank and we come out to your premises to collect the contents, leaving you the box to be filled with more donations.
🗳️ Ian Wight, Development Manager at Rochdale Foodbank explains “We are rolling out our donation boxes to make it as easy as possible for people to donate food where it is most convenient. Due to the cost of living crisis last year we handed out 40% more food and this puts a huge strain on our food stocks and finances”
