Rochdale Foodbank Coronavirus Update

Important information for our donors, referral agencies and clients in these very worrying times

Rochdale Foodbank continues to sustain the service according to our established mission, whilst protecting the health and welfare of our volunteers and clients in these challenging times.

Clients with a voucher will continue to receive bags of food according to their need. The amount will be determined as before, by the number of adults and children it is to feed.

We welcome money donations – that enables us to buy in those foods in short supply.

Update: January 2021

Arrangements for delivery/collection:

These have changed. If you are able to deliver the food it can go to the following address:

Staff Entrance Number One Riverside
(accessed by vehicles from Smith Street near to Mecca Bingo – manned 24 hours/day)

Alternatively, you can also deliver to our Warehouse underneath the Wheatsheaf Centre (though for a limited time – please see the link above).

We may not be able to offer a full food collection service (please see the link above).

Whichever option you choose, get in touch with us via the website using the ‘Contact Us’ link.
