We have had our busiest day today in a number of weeks at Foodbank
Our volunteers worked non stop handing out food parcels and supporting our clients who needed a chat with our in house citizens advisor, Moses.
We processed lots of vouchers and handed out the following food parcels :-

A huge thank you to the customers and staff at Valley Vetcare who have collected 120kgs of food for us. They have also taken one of our Food Gift Boxes and are now a drop off point for anybody wishing to donate to us in the Whitworth area
Jenny and Jen from Littleborough Ladies Circle also dropped by to collect a Food Gift Box from us .They are going to be selling refreshments at Hare Hill Park Band Stand this Saturday at Littleborough Rushbearing Festival, and they will also be collecting donations for us, so do bob down with any food donations for us
